Sessions |

YPT runs four, 10-12 week sessions per year. Fall, winter, spring and summer sessions are offered monday through saturday. Athletes and clients can choose either 3 day/week or 2 day/week training options.
It is highly recommended that off-season athletes train 3 days/week on non-consecutive days while in-season athletes are encouraged to train 2 days/week.
