I realize you have many choices available when it comes to fitness and I'd like to take the time to thank you for allowing me to present some information concerning our business. Yuhas Performance Training (YPT) is a company founded on the principles of helping people feel better, look better and perform better.  It is called performance training for a reason; we want you to perform better at whatever it is you do.  Whether you are just trying to look better at the beach in your bikini or your trying to make the high school baseball team or you’re getting on in years and simply want to stay independent, our system will work for you.

Having been involved in the field of health and fitness for over 20 years, I became increasingly frustrated at the poor standards in our industry.  Quite frankly, the standard gym model is a broken system.  A vast majority of clubs are more concerned with sales numbers than member results!  Personal training standards are ridiculously poor and good training programs and qualified instruction are difficult to find.  So I set out to create a solution, and I did.

I believe we have the best fitness training facility in the area with the most attentive and knowledgeable staff, the most cutting edge training methods and a clean and comfortable state-of-the-art environment. What truly sets us apart from the rest of the gyms in the area is our knowledge base and years of experience in the field.  Our mission is to bring you the best, most up-to-date training and nutrition information to help you achieve your goals. I also believe we offer many things none of the other fitness businesses in the area offer, namely our system of training which focuses on the individual.  We do not subscribe to training fads such as boot camps or crossfit.  That being said, our training is very intense but at the same time our clients are progressed safely and correctly.  Programs are based on individual abilities and progressed accordingly.  Our training philosophy is based on years of sound scientific research and in-the-trenches results.

I am confident you won’t find a more qualified or more highly trained fitness training team anywhere. I invite you to come in and meet with one of our fitness coaches, become a member for 30 days and see if our gym is for you without any commitment. We pride ourselves in being a fitness facility whose sole focus is not on membership numbers, but on our member’s results. So come in and meet with a qualified fitness coach (we don’t have salespeople) meet our staff and decide for yourself. If we’re not up to your standards, if we’re not the best, then don’t become a member.  It’s that simple.

I understand that making a decision to work out is difficult.  Will I like the other members?  Will I really stick with it this time?  Will the staff appreciate my business after the sale?  These are fair questions that can only be answered by coming in to meet us and participating in a free no-obligation evaluation.  It’s hard to hide bad service, poor staff or a lack of knowledge face-to-face.  We’re proud of what we do here and feel that if we’re given a chance you’ll want to do business with us.  We’ve been servicing clients in this community for a number of years and are proud to be a locally owned and operated business.

If you are looking for results and you appreciate quality, then we’re for you.  If price is your deciding factor, you won’t be happy with us.  We really do feel we are the best and we’re worth it.
