Yuhas Performance Training (YPT) is southeastern Connecticut's leader in sport performance and personal training programs.

YPT offers the most comprehensive performance enhancement training in the region, including instruction in movement training, injury prevention, linear and lateral speed development, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper strength training techniques, sport specific conditioning and nutritional and recovery strategies.

Athlete News 

Ariana Branchini - Congratulations to Ari on a spectacular season at Johns Hopkins!  Ari, a junior midfielder, was named to the National Field Hockey Coaches' Association 3rd Team ALL-AMERICAN squad!  In addition, she made the All-South Team and Second Team All-Centennial Conference. She scored a career high 7 goals while adding 5 assists for 19 points. She will enter her senior season with 12 goals and 11 assists for 35 points.

Amy Ogden - Amy had a fantastic season last spring and lead the Lancers to the Class L State Softball Championship!  She was the title game's Most Outstanding Player. She was voted to the All-State Team, All Area, and All ECC Teams and batted .367 with clutch hits throughout the season including the game winning hit in the ECC Championship game and a 2 run homer in the state semifinal game. She is a National Honor Society Student and will be playing this spring at Adelphi University.
Austin Hack - Congrats to Austin who recently made the U.S. Junior Men's National Team Sweep! Austin and his 8 member crew competed in the 2009 FISA World Rowing Junior Championships August 5-8 in Brive-la-Gaillarde, France. After making it to the finals they fell just short of a medal, finishing 0.12 seconds behind third-place Italy.

Adam Rand - Stoneybrook University. Congrats to Adam who just earned first team All-America East Honors in his sophomore season! Adam leads all NCAA Division 1 Lacrosse players with an 64% Faceoff winning percentage!

Kevin Frank - East Lyme - Congratulations to Kevin who was just named to the All ECC Men's lacrosse team! Kev is co-captain and a long stick defenseman who will be playing next year at Roger Williams.
Chris Blomstedt - Football - Chris just finished his freshmen season at Carnegie Mellon University.  Last year at Ledyard High Chris was selected to the Class M All-State Football Team as well as the All ECC and All-Area Teams.  Chris is also an outstanding lacrosse player and voted to the Class S All-State second team and was also second team All ECC!
